If you're a compulsive spender looking for inspiration and support, you've come to the right place.
I'm Susan B., a recovering compulsive spender. I created a 54 episode podcast series about recovery from compulsive spending, shopping, and debting. In it, I share my experience, strength, and hope around this devastating addiction. There are also a few interviews. That’s over 21 hours of inspiration and hope!
This podcast series is not a substitute for a program of recovery, but it can provide a source of comfort and help you feel less alone, plus offer suggestions on how to navigate life while dealing with the challenges of being a compulsive spender.
Unfortunately, I'm no longer recording new podcast episodes, but listeners have told me that they find certain episodes so helpful that they want to listen more than once. Plus, they tell me how reassuring it is to finally hear someone share about the deeply painful feelings they experience.
NOW, YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE ENTIRE PODCAST SERIES
As of today, you can still listen for free on Stitcher. But I wanted to continue to make the series available even if it's no longer online in the future. So I created a downloadable package with the following:
That's over 21 hours available for you to listen whenever you want.
